I bought the sample pack for my husband. He shoots skeet. It gets very taxing being on the field in the sun for 1.5 hours at a time. He was drinking water and Gatorade to stay hydrated. It just wasn’t doing the job. These single packets are easy to carry and do the job better than expected!

I find the electrolyte ratio to work well and am happy to avoid sugar and sugar alcohols. The liquid packets mix well with no leftover grit on the bottom.
I tend to dislike the flavor of stevia but the steviol glycosides in the watermelon flavor were perfectly palatable.
My go-to health conscious hydration.

So I started using Protekt because a surfer I follow on YouTube "Nathan Florance" uses it. If you like surfing or want to see some exotic places like Tahiti, Bali or the North Shore of Hawaii check out Nates YouTube tube channel.
I also intermittent fast and work out. With doing some research before I started fasting I realized I was going to be losing electrolytes. Most of the information I found said to add salt to your water to replenish electrolytes. But Protekt gives you the sodium plus potassium and magnesium.
In the morning I drink two large glasses of water before I leave the house for work. Once I get to work I get a black coffee and a bottle of water. I add a liquid packet of Protekt to the bottle of water and start my work day. OH yeah, the fact that it's a liquid packet and not powder makes it so much easier to add to a water bottle. Especially a store bought water bottle with the tiny opening. The tear top can be a bit of a pain, but only because the liquid comes out slower than if you can cut the top with a pair of Scissors or a knife. I have never had an issue with tearing the top and it still being sealed. It's always opened enough for me to squeeze into my bottle of water. I workout in the late morning or early afternoon, "I have a workout room at work", when I'm done I have a bottle of water already set up with Protekt in it.
I have tried all the flavors and like them all. My favorite is Lemonade.
