My son was having a hard time staying asleep. He takes ADHD medication and that is one of the side effects. He was very irritable and you could see the shadows under his eyes from lack of sleep. This is the first natural sleep aid that actually helps me sleep through the night. It’s been working beautifully but had to take a break because it wasn’t working as well. I’ll be eager to try it again but may be something I have on rotation. I do worry about the use of stevia for extended periods.

Incredibly pleased with results. A noticeable difference on nights I use it vs nights I do not. No morning grogginess at all when I wake up compared to other supplements I have tried.
If you struggle with getting solid sleep, I would recommend at least placing an order and seeing if this helps you.

“Rest” has been great for me. It doesn’t necessarily help me fall asleep or make me drowsy, but it seems to be the cure for a more insidious problem. I have spent several months waking up in the middle of the night with my mind already spinning out. That has often led to waking up at 3:00 and not falling back asleep. Rest has kept me asleep for the night, or at least kept any anxiety at bay so that I do fall asleep if I do wake up.

REST is now an important part of my everyday post training recovery routine. The supplement doesn’t put you to sleep, you fall asleep on your own and it extends the time you spend in deep sleep& REM.
