“Rest” has been great for me. It doesn’t necessarily help me fall asleep or make me drowsy, but it seems to be the cure for a more insidious problem. I have spent several months waking up in the middle of the night with my mind already spinning out. That has often led to waking up at 3:00 and not falling back asleep.
