By entering or participating, you agree to these Official Rules, which form a binding contract.

1. Eligibility

The Ultimate Sideline Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Protekt Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse/partner, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, and their spouses) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

2. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins [START DATE, September 9, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT] and ends [END DATE, October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT] (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

3. How to Enter

A. Automatic Entry with Purchase: Every purchase made at protekt.com during the Sweepstakes Period earns twenty-five (25) entries. Purchases returned or refunded before the drawing date will void associated entries. Limited to one (1) purchase per person per day.

• Double-Entry Period: Purchases made from October 14, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT through October 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT will earn fifty (50) entries per purchase.
  
  

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Each valid postcard received during the Sweepstakes Period will earn the same number of entries as a purchase made on that date (i.e., twenty-five (25) entries, or fifty (50) entries if received with a postmark during the Double-Entry Period).

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 20, 2025 and received by October 25, 2025. Each postcard must be mailed separately. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incomplete mail.

C. Entry Limits:

Entries are awarded as described above; fraudulent/automated entries prohibited.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an all-inclusive Ultimate Sideline Gameday Package (ARV: $10,000), including:

• Two (2) game tickets to Alabama vs. LSU on November 8, 2025 at Bryant-Denny Stadium, Tuscaloosa, AL (Coach’s Guest Tickets; $2,000 value).
• Two (2) sideline field passes (not available for public purchase).
• Round-trip flights for two (2) ($1,000 value).
• Three (3) nights at Hilton Birmingham, a 4★ hotel (approx. value $1,000).
• Full weekend private car service (airport, hotel, game, dinner; $1,000 value).
• Steakhouse meal for two (Little Betty Steak Bar, up to $500).
• Signed football & shirt (value not easily determined).
• Protekt VIP Box ($350).

Total ARV: $10,000. Actual/appraised value may vary. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes, fees, and expenses not specifically listed are the responsibility of the winner.

Travel/Events: Winner and guest(s) must comply with venue, airline, and hotel requirements (ID, age, TSA, etc.). Accommodations, travel, and tickets may be booked under the name of Sponsor or its authorized representatives. If the event is canceled, postponed, or modified, prize (or portions of it) may be awarded without the affected component and Sponsor shall have no further obligation.

5. Winner Selection, Notification, and Claim Window

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about October 21, 2025 from among all eligible entries received.

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the contact information provided. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, or non-functioning contact information, spam/junk filters, or technical issues that prevent successful communication.

The winner must claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to timely respond, complete required documents, or otherwise comply will result in forfeiture. Due to event timing, Sponsor will not conduct additional drawings. Forfeited prizes will be handled as described in Section 14 (Unclaimed Prize).

Winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, and IRS tax form within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity

Where permitted by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical info for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and legal action.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or prize use, except where prohibited. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved individually by binding arbitration before JAMS in Tarrant County, Texas. No class actions. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (max $10). Attorneys’ fees and punitive, incidental, or consequential damages are waived to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at protekt.com/pages/privacy-policy.

12. Winners List

For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

14. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed in accordance with Section 5, it will be deemed forfeited. Because only one (1) drawing will be conducted, no alternate winners will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to donate, gift, or otherwise dispose of the prize in a manner consistent with applicable law, including but not limited to donation to a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
