Refund policy
We pride ourselves on our Made in the USA product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it free of charge! Just keep the product we already sent you and let us know about the issue you experienced.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we have received your return package.
Money Back Guarantee
We have a 60-day Money Back Guarantee for the first-purchase of our products after at least two weeks of use from the time of shipment. Please note the exceptions below.
To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual items per any 12 month period for first-time purchase of that item.
A full refund of the order will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges per the policy below.
Purchasing multiples of the same product on an order is subject to the Returns & Refund Policy. Bundles with more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced, eligible products in that bundle less any discounts applied to that bundle. The first-purchase rule outlined herein is enforced for components of those bundles.
