Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Orders will generally ship within 2 - 3 business days from the time they are placed. Once processed, domestic standard ground shipments can take as little as 3-4 days and up to 10 business days. Expedited shipments are the exception but must be placed by 9 am eastern time to be processed the same business day.
We know that shipping times are important to our customers and we are working hard to improve the speed at which our products make it to you. We thank you for your understanding and support!
Where will my order ship from?
All Protekt orders ship from Kentucky.
How do I check on my order status?
Please reach out to us at info@protektproducts.com if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note that generally there is a time gap between when we send you tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online.
Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
We are unable to make cancellations and modifications to orders once they have been placed. Please contact us at info@protektproducts.com for immediate assistance and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer limited international shipping. We currently do not ship to the following countries:
