MANAGING A CAREER OF CONSISTENCY & LONGEVITY.
From early days as a boy in Liverpool to a professional at 16, Geoff has been featured on magazine covers from the very moment he set foot in the U.S. with only $153 in his pocket. Geoff is driven to skate his whole life. The key is maintaining a baseline of health. A sense of wellbeing that allows him to go into heavy physical situations and perform. Geoff is still doing some of his best skating.
“IF YOU THINK YOU’RE INVINCIBLE, YOU’RE GOING TO FIND OUT THAT YOU’RE NOT.”
What does that look like at 46 years old? It means giving your body everything you can to perform. For Geoff, less is more when it comes to vitamins and supplements. He relies on simple routines and liquid supplements with simple ingredients to optimize his rest, recovery, hydration, and energy.
