Regarded as one of the best street skaters of all time, Geoff has been skating for 30 years. But to those that know him, it’s obvious he simply does what he loves. That’s what drives him. Skateboarding and the outdoors.
MANAGING A CAREER OF CONSISTENCY & LONGEVITY
From early days as a boy in Liverpool to a professional at 16, Geoff has been featured on magazine covers from the very moment he set foot in the U.S. with only $153 in his pocket. Geoff is driven to skate his whole life. The key is maintaining a baseline of health. A sense of wellbeing that allows him to go into heavy physical situations and perform. Geoff is still doing some of his best skating.
“IF YOU THINK YOU’RE INVINCIBLE, YOU’RE GOING TO FIND OUT THAT YOU’RE NOT.”
What does that look like at 46 years old? It means giving your body everything you can to perform. For Geoff, less is more when it comes to vitamins and supplements. He relies on simple routines and liquid supplements with simple ingredients to optimize his rest, recovery, hydration, and energy.
Self-proclaimed outdoor nut job, conservationist, big horn sheep hunting guide, and skateboarding legend, Geoff Rowley has earned his place as skating royalty. Named Thrashers Skater of the Year in 2000, one of the most influential skaters of all time by Transworld Skateboarding, and featured in numerous Tony Hawk Pro Skater video games Geoff embodies what it means to be a Protekt athlete. To have mastered a craft, rise to the top of his profession, and carve a hard-earned reputation as one of the gnarliest skaters to ever put foot on a board.
