How long do orders usually take to ship?

Orders will generally ship within 2 business days from the time they are placed. All Protekt orders ship from Southern California. Once processed, standard ground shipments can take as little as 3-4 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to the East Coast. Expedited shipments are the exception but must be placed by 9am eastern time to be processed same business day.

Why am I having trouble with my tracking number?

Please reach out to us at if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note that generally there is a time gap between when we send you tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online.

I ordered the wrong items. Can I change or cancel my order if I've already submitted it?

We are unable to make cancellations and modifications to orders once they have been placed. Please contact us at for immediate assistance and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on it!

What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on our Made in the USA product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it free of charge! Just keep the product we already sent you and let us know about the issue you experienced.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we have received your return package.
